The mass spectrometer and DEMS system mainly consist of three parts: carrier gas transport regulation system, electrochemical reaction device, and mass spectrometer. The carrier gas first enters the trap from the gas cylinder to eliminate the interference of impurity gases on the experiment, and then enters the flow controller. The gas generated in the lithium-ion battery reaction device enters the sampling capillary injection component after passing through the cold trap, and then enters the online mass spectrometer after being heated and kept at a constant temperature. The electron bombardment type ion source (EI) can generate electrons of certain energy and ionize the compound to be detected into molecular ion fragments and fragment ions in the ionization chamber. The required ions are screened by a mass analyzer and arrive at the detector in sequence according to the mass to charge ratio. The signal is amplified and recorded to obtain a gas change trend chart.

Advantages of mass spectrometer products:

Mass spectrometry software provides both ion flow and concentration data for easy selection and viewing.
