Instruments and equipment

Gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC1290/MS8100, Sunny Hengping Instrument), equipped with capillary split/non split injection ports (full EPC), constant current and constant pressure functions, column temperature box with 20 stage programmed heating, and EI source.

Column 2: DB-5MS (30m * 0.25mm * 0.25um)

3 162 position reverse control automatic sampler (Swiss CTC)

4 Electronic Analytical Balance (AE224, Sunny Hengping Instrument)

5 helium gas (purity 99.999%)

Sixteen mixed standard samples of phthalates, including dimethyl phthalate (DMP), diethyl phthalate (DEP), and diisobutyl phthalate (DIBP)

)Dibutyl phthalate (DBP), di (2-methoxy) ethyl phthalate (DMEP), di (4-methyl-2-pentyl) phthalate (BMPP), di (2-ethoxy) ethyl phthalate (DEEP), di pentyl phthalate (DPP), di hexyl phthalate (DHXP), butyl benzyl phthalate (BBP), di (2-butoxyethyl) phthalate (DBEP), di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate (DEHP), di (2-ethylhexyl) phthalate Esters (DPHP), di-n-octyl phthalate (DNOP), and dinonyl phthalate (DNP).

Experimental conditions

1. Injection port temperature: 250 ℃

2. Program heating: Initial temperature of 60 ℃, hold for 1 minute; Heat up to 220 ℃ at a rate of 20 ℃/min and maintain for 1 minute; Heat up to 280 ℃ at a rate of 5 ℃/min and maintain for 3 minutes.

3 Injection methods: Non split injection

4 Injection volume: 1μ l

5 ion source temperature: 230 ℃

6 Transmission line temperature: 280 ℃

7 Scanning Method: Select ion scanning and monitor ions according to Appendix B of GB 5009.271-2016

8 solvent delay: 7 minutes
